TECJET’s digital inkjet UV flatbed printer is designed to help individuals obtain their desired results without wasting valuable resources and time by serving as a wood printing machine, glass printing machine and acrylic printing machine in one. The more cost-effective digital printing (as compared to traditional printing) offers faster turnaround time and precise proofing.
The all-purpose LED UV printing machine is equipped with water and air cooling, allowing UV ink to dry quickly after printing. It can be used for printing on ID cards, iPhone cases, acrylic, golf balls, metal, pans, flash drives, cotton textile, wine bottles and more. The printer uses fiber cable to transmit data and supports white ink printing. The white ink circle system and CISS ink cartridge make it easy to know when to refill the cartridge with ink. The printing height can be adjusted and there’s no pre-treatment required to start the printing process. The digital inkjet UV flatbed printer can be used on different materials including spandex, nylon, polyester, leather, crystal, stone, stainless steel and more. It can also be used to print on different types of plastic such as PU, PP, ABS and PVC. The colours won’t fade and the ink dries instantly after printing. The printer can print directly from the computer onto a flat or uneven surface without distorting or losing the quality of image that’s being printed on it.
Some precautions must be observed to prolong the lifespan of the printer. One of these is to check and shake the white UV ink on alternate days before printing. It is also a good idea to keep some cleaning liquid all the time in case the printer needs to be cleaned. Room temperature must be controlled between 20⁰C to 30⁰C.
