Ricoh Asia Pacific held the Open New Worlds Asia customer event at Ricoh CEC, Thailand.
On 1 Feb 2018, Ricoh CEC (Customer Experience Center), Thailand hosted customer event – Open New Worlds Asia. The event by Ricoh Asia Pacific was attended by 34 visitors from 8 countries. Ricoh unveiled its latest large-format flatbed printer RICOH Pro T7210 at the event. The printer has been designed to bring low-maintenance, reliability and ease-of-use to the decorative-printing market. Ricoh also shared the latest market trends and opportunities at the event.
The new RICOH Pro T7210 offers customers the ability to handle diverse materials of varied thickness, helping them to further broaden their revenue streams. This newest portfolio addition is the culmination of decades of Ricoh’s commitment to innovation and building solutions and offerings that meet the needs of customers around the world.

Additionally, customers can see examples of how Ricoh’s ‘Learning by Doing’ and ‘Kaizen’ (Continuous Improvement) principles are applied to increase knowledge. CEC also demonstrates Ricoh’s commitment to the production printing market and showcases its manufacturing excellence across a variety of disciplines. Ricoh Customer Experience Center (CEC) represents how Ricoh works with customers and business partners. The 1200 square meter site has become a knowledge hub for Ricoh’s digital printing and is a test laboratory for software and digital front ends. Visitors can see the production printing fleet in operation at the Smart Factory.
